OFFERING THE BETTERBUS HEALTH IMPROVEMENT SERVICE!
- Free NHS Health Check that can detect early signs of conditions like heart disease, kidney disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. NHS Health Checks are available to anyone who lives or is registered to a GP in Hertfordshire
- Wellbeing Checks are offered on the Better Health Bus for any residents 18+ who are not eligible for an NHS Health Check.
- Better Health Bus staff can help with Stop Smoking Service
- Health and wellbeing information – Staff are also on hand to provide reliable advice and guidance to help you manage your health and signpost you to the local services that can help you.
