We are seeking volunteers to assist in various capacities, including but not limited to:

1. **Event Setup and Breakdown**: Assisting with the setup of tents, tables, chairs, and decorations before the event and helping to dismantle everything afterward.
2. **Activity Coordination**: Managing and supervising games, activities, and workshops for children and adults throughout the day.
3. **Guest Assistance**: Providing information, directions, and support to attendees, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
4. **Logistics and Support**: Helping with the distribution of materials, managing crowd control, and ensuring the smooth operation of all scheduled activities.
5. **Food and Beverage Service**: Assisting in the preparation, serving, and distribution of food and drinks to attendees.
