This is the Grand Finale celebration (WYAT) Award Ceremony
The aim is to celebrate the people, culture, creativity, and Watford and surrounding Hertfordshire.

* Innovation Ideas – Creative solutions addressing real-world or community challenges
* Community Awareness Projects – Initiatives that promote positive change
* Music, Dance & Poetry – Performance-based creative expression

Special Awards
Overall Winner of the Young Achievers Creative Talent Showcase 2026
The Overall Champion will receive:
The prestigious YACTS Overall Champion Trophy 2026
Special prizes and recognition
The honour of holding the title of Reigning Champion
The reigning champion will be invited to return to the 2027 Young Achievers Creative Talent Showcase Awards Ceremony to present the Overall Champion Trophy to the next winner in 2027, continuing what we hope will become a proud YACTS tradition.
In addition to the category winners, the following Special Awards will be presented:
- Overall Winner – Outstanding Young Achiever in Creativity – Awarded to the participant with the highest overall score across all categories and age groups.
- Community Impact Award – Recognises a participant whose project or initiative or Innovation has or will made a positive difference in the community.
- Rising Star Award – Celebrates a young participant who has demonstrated exceptional promise and future potential.
- People’s Choice Award – Presented to the participant receiving the highest number of public votes.
- Judges’ Choice Award – Selected by the judging panel to recognise an exceptional participant who has particularly impressed the judges.
If you feel a participant deserves consideration for one of the Special Awards, please indicate this on your judging sheet. Your observations will support the moderation process and final award decisions.
